DETTIFOSS

Dettifoss is the most powerful waterfall in Europe with a whopping 200 cubic meters of water per second flowing from the edge.  It is a  stunning natural gem in North Iceland. It is located in Vatnajökull National Park. It can be difficult to access in winter but we visit Dettifoss all year round and even have a all terrain vehicles and superjeeps to be able to acccess it in snowy winter conditions when standard vehicles cannot reach it.
